The Mate seat is newborn-friendly only when used with our approved newborn insert, which is required for babies under 6 months of age. This insert
offers extra head, neck and spine support for safe, ergonomic positioning in those early months.

The Mate seat also reclines up to 170 degrees, supporting flat-laying for supervised naps in the pram. This feature is especially useful for newborns who need plenty of rest while on the move.

The folded simensions of the Mate are compact for a full-sized stroller, so it fits easily into most car boots. If you drive a smaller car, it's a good idea to measure your boot and compare it to our fold dimensions.
