PRE-ORDERS

If you have pre-ordered an item, your shipping and delivery will extend beyond the normal. You will be able to see an estimated dispatch date* on the product page, when you’re purchasing your product. These deliveries depend on the stock arrival and shipping logistics until your items arrive in Australia. Therefore it can be difficult to estimate an exact delivery date for items that have not arrived into our warehouse. Although infrequent, manufacturing and freight delays can occur and these are out of our control. We will keep you updated on these deliveries each step of the way, and inform you if any changes occur.
