• Order your pram of choice from our products.
• Once you receive the item, open the box carefully in a clean and safe area to prevent any damage to the pram. (We recommend a carpeted floor).
• Always ensure the pram is tested inside a living area to avoid usage marks (mud, scratches, damages etc.).
• If you are not happy with the pram, please email us at hello@skippyprams.com.au to start your return. Our friendly customer service team will authorize and assist you with the process.
• Pack the pram back in the original condition of receipt (You can watch our YouTube video on how to do this).
• Print and stick the return label on the box and leave it for pickup at your door. The return label will be sent to you when you email us for returns. 
• Relax and wait for your refund. We will process it within 14 days and let you know by email.
