Warranty and Shipping

WARRANTY

We have purposely designed our high-quality products so that they can grow with both your child and your family. Because we stand by our product, our stroller is covered by three years structural warranty starting from the day it was purchased, including an extended one-year warranty by Skippy Australia. Please have the proof of purchase, order number, and serial number available when you contact us. Warranty is available only in Australia. This excludes your free accessories and accessories/spare parts sold separately.

Note: Skippy warranty is not transferable and therefore can only be invoked by the first owner.

 What is covered with a warranty?

  • All manufacturing defects in the chassis, frame, and the wheels
  • All parts of the harness of the product

 Warranty cannot be claimed in the event:

  • If you have made or arranged for modifications or repairs to be made without written permission from the Skippy service team
  • Defects resulting from negligence or an accident
  • Damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect mounting or installation of third party parts that are incompatible with the product or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons
  • Damage to push bar or canopy due to normal daily use
  • Holes and tears in the tires
  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product due to weight, functionality, colour, or design
  • If the customer failed to present evidence of the defect.
  • If the pram purchased was a demo product, a showroom item, an expo demo, or was purchased at a discounted rate in any form by the customer
  • Skippy, warranty policy does not include the option for monetary refunds.

Need to make a claim?

If you need to make a claim, get in touch with us hello@skippyprams.com.au. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description and photo or video of the defect or problem. Our warranty team will then determine the best way to resolve any defects or faults.

Skippy reserves the right to repair, exchange or replace the damaged item with a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the pram is improved over time.

 

Important

Skippy reserves the right to stop manufacturing a particular model, colour, fabric, or accessory in the case Skippy will replace a part with a similar part color or fabric during the warranty period.

Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends) and delivered by Aramex and Couriers, after payment has been cleared (Pre-orders exempted).

Please note that once the order is purchased through the website, the user cannot amend or cancel the order. Please note that the customers must pay return postage for rejected claims when returning and re-shipping to the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

You will be given a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery ranges between 3 to 9 business days from the purchase date. The time frame of your delivery will be confirmed via email after your purchase.

You can also contact the service team through hello@skippyprams.com.au to confirm the delivery date once your purchase is made.

Lost Items During Delivery

The customer must notify the service team through hello@skippyprams.com within 30 days of dispatch, for any claims or disputes regarding the delivery, including but not limited to lost, damaged or incorrect items. Skippy will not be liable for any claims or disputes that are reported after 30 days of the dispatch.
