SKIPPY BARN PRAM TEST ZONE

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

By accessing or using the Skippy Barn Pram Test Zone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Purpose

The Skippy Barn Programme is a dedicated pram testing facility available exclusively to:

• Skippy Gold Members who are exploring or participating in the Skippy Connect Host programmed; and
• Existing Skippy Connect Hosts.
  

The facility is provided so that eligible members may:

• Test and experience Skippy prams on designated test tracks;
  
• Learn about Skippy products, features and models;
  
• Build product knowledge and confidence as a Skippy Connect Host; and
  
•  Explore additional models to expand hosting opportunities.
  

Skippy Barn is not a showroom or public display facility and is not open to the general public.

2. Entry at Own Risk

You enter and use the Pram Test Zone entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skippy Prams accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage or incident arising from your entry to or use of the premises. You are solely responsible for ensuring your own safety and the safety of any visitors accompanying you.

3. CCTV & Recording

The Pram Test Zone is monitored by CCTV and may be recorded for security, safety and operational purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to such recording.

4. Display Prams – No Child Occupancy

Display prams may contain modifications and are not suitable for a baby or child to occupy. You must not place a baby or child inside any display pram. Doing so may result in serious injury or death.

5. Maintaining the Test Area

You agree to leave the Pram Test Zone in the same condition in which it was provided. This includes:

• Reading the Skippy Barn use instructions displayed on the wall carefully;
• Securely re-attaching any adapters or accessories removed during testing; and
• Returning prams to their designated parking bays.

6. Door Security

You must ensure the entrance door is securely locked when entering and exiting the Pram Test Zone and must follow all access system instructions, including confirming that the door indicator changes from green to red before leaving.

7. Maximum Testing Time

Your allocated testing session is limited to a maximum of one (1) hour. You agree to vacate the premises at the end of your allocated session.

8. Parking

Parking is provided free of charge and is used entirely at your own risk.

9. Acknowledgement

By clicking “I Agree”, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to comply with all guidelines set out above; and
• You understand that access is restricted to eligible Skippy Gold Members and Skippy Connect Hosts only.
