If you have pre-ordered an item, your shipping and delivery will extend beyond the normal. You will be able to see an estimated dispatch date* on the product page, when you’re purchasing your product. These deliveries depend on the stock arrival and shipping logistics until your items arrive in Australia. Therefore it can be difficult to estimate an exact delivery date for items that have not arrived into our warehouse. Although infrequent, manufacturing and freight delays can occur and these are out of our control. We will keep you updated on these deliveries each step of the way, and inform you if any changes occur.

Shipping: If you pre-order any item, please note that your entire order including in-stock items will be held until the pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse and the entire order can be shipped together. Accessories ordered separately will incur a shipping cost Australia wide.
WARNING!: Due to the risk of scalding you or your child, we recommend carrying only warm (not hot) drinks in the Cup Holder. Always test that the cup holder is secure before moving.
