Change in Management for Baccani Prams

Effective from March 1st, 2024, Baccani Prams will be operating under new management, namely SKIPPY Prams. This change in management entails several adjustments to the warranty policies and procedures previously in place.

1. Warranty Claims for Prams Purchased Prior to March 1st, 2024:

All warranty claims on prams purchased before the aforementioned date are not covered under the management of SKIPPY. SKIPPY prams reserves the full rights to the Baccani Lusso and Strada prams, and will cover warranty for these products only if bought under the new management and, if they are within the warranty period.

2. Warranty Claims under new Management:

Warranty claims processed under the new management of SKIPPY are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Warranty coverage is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase for company defects.
  • Parts dispatched under new warranties include a shipping cost, which shall be borne by the customer.
  • Upon approval of a warranty claim, the SKIPPY Claims team will send a secure payment link to the customer for any associated costs.

3. Exclusion of cashback claims:

SKIPPY Management is not liable for cashbacks or claims that were operationalized under the previous management of Baccani Prams. Customers should be aware that any existing cashback warranties will not be honored or managed by SKIPPY.

This legal notice serves to inform all customers and stakeholders of the changes in management and associated warranty policies for Baccani Prams. Customers are advised to review and adhere to the updated warranty terms and conditions provided by SKIPPY Management.
