Euky Bear Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid Review: A Must-Have for New Parents in 2025

If there was one thing I craved more than coffee when I had my baby was sleep. I thrive on a good night's sleep. So when I had my baby, I knew I needed to find a solution that could go beyond just white noise. That’s when I decided to try “Euky Bear Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid”. It's an all-in-one sleep machine that combines a night light, sound machine and a cool mist humidifier.

My friend suggested a similar product called “Aroma snooze” which she said worked great with her baby so I was curious with Euky Bear, since it had earned a spot in the top three spots in “2023 best of white noise machines” I was just curious if it would live up to the hype

Here's why I chose this product

From the start I wanted to build a consistent bedtime routine so I wanted a product that could not only deliver on sound but also bring new elements like aromatherapy and red-light sleep support features that I didn't think about before

The Euky Bear reputation combined with its functionality made it such an easy choice. As a working mom with a newborn, anything that simplifies bedtime is worth its weight in gold.

First impressions

Right away the Euky Bear Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid feels very thoughtfully designed. It's small, sleek and kid-friendly. Setting it up took 5 minutes. I had the red light going gently, and pink noise humming in the back beside my baby's sleeper. The only downside is the water tank isn't attached to the base so my clumsiness managed to spill it a couple times when repositioning the unit, I'm sure a minor design tweak could fix that.

Right now, my baby is 7 weeks old and still feeding on demand, so a structured sleep routine is a work in progress, but the Euky Bear has already found a solid place in our nights. I used the red light during overnight feeds and nappy changes. It's just bright enough for visibility but soft enough not to over stimulate him. The pink noise plays all night long and helps mask the chaos of the busy surroundings, especially when our dogs decide to throw tantrums. I haven't used the essential oils yet, but I am excited to introduce them soon, especially the bee happy blend which sounds like a blast.

Features I loved

First off, I loved the red-light therapy. It emits melatonin supportive wavelengths which is perfect for maintaining circadian rhythms. A close second is the pink noise, it's less harsh than white noise but more soothing for the little one’s ears. Then we have the aromatherapy and humidifiers, there's timing settings from 1-8 hours which are practical, and it's also great for when the air feels dry or when baby is feeling congested. I also loved the lullaby sounds. It is a high quality sound that doesn't feel like annoying whining and honestly, I’ve caught myself humming along too. Last but not least are the light options. I’ve been sticking with red lights, but the variety is a great option for personalizing the nursery environment later on.

Pros

  • All in one design: sound, light and humidifier

  • Gentle red light

  • Continuous play all night humidifier function

  • Pink noise essential oil blends tailored for baby's Wellness

Cons

  • There's no timer for lullaby sounds

  • Water tank is separate from the base which makes it easier to spill for people like me

  • Humidifier reservoir is small, it needs often refilling for nightly use

Compared to the features that my friend told me about the “Aroma snooze” the Euky Bear holds its own while the Aroma snooze offered similar features, the Yuki bear goes ahead with its aesthetic and sound quality. Cheaper white noise machines on the market often have harsh low-quality speakers or overly bright lights, neither of which are an issue with Euky bear. It’s not a substitute for a full-sized vaporizer I must say. But that's not what I was going for. Think of it as a compact sleep station tailored for babies with thoughtful extras that make it feel luxurious.

If you're a new parent or an expecting one that wants one device that can do it all then Euky Bear Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid is a solid pick. Since it's ideal for newborns to toddlers ages zero to two years, parents who love a calm minimalist nursery set up, families with multiple kids needing quiet zones, or anyone wanting to build a consistent sleep routine with a sensory cue

You can get your sweet dreams aid directly from the brands website or from trusted baby stores like baby bunting Amazon or local retailers. Pro tip, lookout for seasonal bundle deals that include the essential oils!

Questions I had

Some questions and concerns that I had was, is it safe for newborns? Does it run all night? What's the difference between pink noise and white noise? And the answers to those are yes, all features except the essential oils are safe from birth also the sound and light functions can stay all night while the humidifier has a timer and finally pink noise is much softer and more natural sounding making it more soothing for babies than a standard white noise

Written by a first-time mom based on real life testing in May 2025 with a 7-week-old baby boy. I would definitely recommend consulting your pediatrician if you're unsure about introducing new sleep aids to your baby's routine.
